Shipping Policy

Items ordered will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days after payment is received (unless stated otherwise in the product description – e.g. products coming from another country).  They will be shipped via your choice of UPS or USPS Priority Mail, as these methods provide a tracking number and guarantee delivery in 3 days or less.  In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Shipping charges will be calculated by weight of the item(s) ordered, from StrictlyHandmade.com, located in Chula Vista, California, 91915, USA to the delivery address you specify, plus a $2.00 handling fee.  We are required to collect 7.75% sales tax on items billed in California.

Returns

StrictlyHandmade.com requires its Sellers to offer a warranty for products that are damaged or defective when received.  We carefully inspect each item for defects or damage before it is sent to you.  Please keep in mind that products are hand crafted, so slight variations in size, color or design do not constitute product defect.

Requests for returns must be submitted via email to StrictlyHandmade.com.  If the item is defective or damaged, the customer will be required to return the damaged or defective item in its original packaging to StrictlyHandmade.com via one of the shipping methods described above in our Shipping Policy.  A replacement item will be shipped free of shipping and handling charges within 7 business days [or the agreed upon time frame] after StrictlyHandmade.com receives the damaged or defective item.

In the event the correct product was properly shipped and no damage or defect is present, a StrictlyHandmade.com store credit will be issued to the customer.  NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued.
